Gail O’Brien is a hula hoop artist, teacher, and total hoop nerd from Northern Ireland who has been spinning, teaching, and generally obsessing over hoops for nearly 20 years.
Known for her fun, down-to-earth teaching style, Gail has a knack for breaking down tricky moves into something that actually makes sense.
She’s the founder of HoopSpin, where she designs and handcrafts hoops, and she’s taught workshops and performed all over the world, sharing her love of creative hoop movement.
I'm super excited to launch teach classes and workshops in Belfast in June this year and to offer private one to one classes for those who are too far away!
