Shipping policy
We are based in Northern Ireland so NO CUSTOMS/TARIFFS apply to UK, Irish and EU Customers. Hooray.
If you choose UPS for postage please check your email for a tracking number direct from them (sometimes in your spam).
HoopSpin can send hoops worldwide.
The website is set up for shipping in the UK and EU. If you live outside this area please contact us to discuss shipping costs.
Pricing is weight dependent so depends on how many hoops you buy. The website will work it out for you based on where you live and what you have ordered.
If your order is huge the website may ask you to contact us directly to work out a better shipping price.
All shipping times are approximate.
We don't bring your hula hoops to your house ourselves. We use either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS. They are separate companies that we do not operate or control but that we have found to be the most reliable of all the shipping companies/couriers.

European Hoopers
Hoops sent in Europe are all sent tracked starting at £12.
They are sent fully tracked with UPS and take around 5 -9 working days.
Unfortunately we cannot send untracked to anywhere outside the UK and Ireland.
We recommend ordering with local hoop friends to split postage.

General Hoop Shipping
ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE
HoopSpin are happy to accept bulk orders and to ship further afield on an individual basis. Please email hoopspin@hotmail.co.uk to discuss.
For Royal Mail deliveries only – in the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, we will not be able to resend the package or refund you for 10 working days after expected delivery. This time limit is imposed by Royal Mail and is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange courier service.
We will not be held liable for any costs or inconvenience caused by late deliveries. We can’t take responsibility for goods being lost by Shipping companies. If you wish to be able to track your parcel and have it insured, please chose the tracked option.
HOOP DELIVERY TIMES
We make coloured Polypro hoops: Wednesdays/Thursdays and ship Fridays.
Weekly cut off for hoop orders is midnight on Wednesdays
We tape and ship beginner and polypro hoops: within 7 days of ordering.
If you need your hoop urgently please email hoopspin@hotmail.co.uk as it will sometimes be possible to make/ship outside these times.
Hoops within the UK are sent via Royal Mail first class and take 1-3 days (1-3 weeks with current strike action).
Hoops sent within Europe take APPROXIMATELY 5 -9 working days.
